The well of our grief is carved by the depth of our love.
Grief Changes Us.
We often think of grief as something that follows a death, but grief can arise whenever something meaningful is lost. The end of a relationship. A serious illness. A change in identity. The loss of a dream. A transition we did not choose. A life that no longer looks the way we expected.
Grief asks us to learn a new relationship with what has changed.
It cannot be rushed, fixed, or neatly resolved.
It asks to be witnessed.
Grief and spiritual disorientation can surface after the death of a loved one, a major life transition, or during times when meaning feels hard to find. You may feel untethered, questioning, or simply in need of a grounded space to reflect.
As a board-certified chaplain, I provide thoughtful, nonjudgmental support for individuals navigating loss, uncertainty, or spiritual connection in the face of loss. Whether you're grieving or searching for direction, this work offers a safe, steady space to process and begin to integrate.

"the practice of love offers no place of safety.
We risk loss, hurt, pain.
We risk being acted upon by forces outside our control"
